San Francisco International Airport is about a 70 minute drive to downtown Napa. You are welcome to stay anywhere in the Napa area. We listed several of the bigger hotels on our travel page but there are also boutique hotels and VRBOs in the area. There are no room blocks. We will be providing transportation to the wedding from downtown Napa only. A rental car is a good idea.

On May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights. Don't delay!

Friday, May 16th 6-9pm Tre Posti 641 Main Street St. Helena. We hope that you will join us in the vineyard behind Tre Posti for light drinks and hors d'oeveres. The attire is Napa Garden Party. So ladies throw on a fun floral sundress. Guys, you too can wear floral if you like with nice pants. Lots of photo opportunities amongst the grapevines! Tre Posti is about a 25 minute drive from downtown Napa. Transportation is not provided. There is parking on site but it is limited so we suggest carpooling or Uber/Lyft.

Saturday, May 17 4:30pm Stanly Ranch 200 Stanly Crossroads Napa. Please arrive at Stanly Ranch at 4:30pm for a pre-ceremony drink of champagne or Stanly Ranch's signature lavender lemonade. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00. The wedding attire is black-tie optional so feel free to wear your best tuxedo, dark suit or evening gown. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner and dancing will be indoors in the Glasshouse Barn. Transportation will be provided from downtown Napa (less than 15 minute drive). We encourage you to use the transportation as Uber and Lyft are less available after the reception. There is free parking on site.
